How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, our products are formulated with sensitivity in mind. However, because we use concentrated botanical extracts, we always recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before full application.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your ritual. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened and lightly used products within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or refund, minus shipping costs.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our global reach and hope to offer international shipping to more countries in the near future.
